Within Les Granges, the wine cellar is an exceptional space — part showcase, part discovery center. In partnership with Millésima, Bordeaux’s fine wine specialist, it offers a unique, rigorous, evolving selection of prestigious bottles.
This partnership allows us to offer:
Perfectly preserved wines, direct from estate cellars or Millésima’s Bordeaux stores
A variety of vintages for vertical tasting experiences
Special formats (magnums, double magnums, imperials) for table service or takeaway
Architecturally integrated into the space, the cellar is visible from the dining room through a lace-like wrought iron door — a symbol of Les Granges’ spirit: rooted, but open. It both separates and connects — old and new, public and intimate.
